The Burghfield Residents Association (BRA) is now a CIC (Community Interest Company) Limited by guarantee.
The CIC is now run by “Directors” instead of a Committee of “Officers“
- ​Members may nominate themselves or others to be Directors of the C.I.C
- The current “Directors” will appoint other “Directors”
- All of the above is governed by UK Law
- A copy of the C.I.C. articles are attached below
